C.R. England aquires Dynalink Systems, Inc.

Convergence of Domestic Transportation and Global Freight Forwarding SALT LAKE CITY, UT (January 1, 2008) - Los Angeles-based Dynalink Systems, Inc. recently announced the merging of their business with Salt Lake City-based England Logistics, a wholly owned subsidiary of C.R. England, Inc. Effective January 1, 2008, Dynalink has become part of the C.R. England family of companies.

Dynalink is a global third party logistics company specializing in supply chain management and International Ocean and Air forwarding, along with other logistics services. "We have looked to international opportunities, particularly in China, as an engine that will fuel growth in the U.S.," said Sean Snow, President of England Logistics. "By moving upstream into China, we will be able to ensure that we control freight flows from origin to destination."

Miller Transporters, Inc. Claims Top NTTC Safety Award

Jackson, MS based Miller Transporters, Inc. earned the National Tank Truck Carrier's outstanding performance trophy for 2006. The bulk commodity carrier was awarded the prize at NTTC's annual conference in Las Vegas on May 9th. The trophy is the most prestigious award in the tank truck industry.

The trophy is awarded for an outstanding safety record: safety and preventative maintenance programs; personnel safety program and record; and contributions to the general causes of the tank truck industry as well as to the cause of general highway safety.

Q: What is a "DAC Report?"
A: The information that an employer reports to USIS/DAC on a driver when the driver leaves employment (the employment history) is generally referred to as a "DAC."

Q: I got my DAC report and most of my employers were not even listed. Why?
A: USIS does not have all trucking companies as members. You can have worked for 10 companies over the past 10 years and not one will show up.
